Dedicated to Santorini wine and the natural and historical wealth of Santorini’s wine region, it was published in 1994 by the Boutari Foundation in Greek, English and French, under the editorship of the late and distinguished oenologist Dr. Stavroula Kourakou-Dragona, with the contribution of renowned scientists. This collector’s edition, which is no longer available in print, has been digitized and is offered to the international public, contributing to the Foundation’s vision of creating a library-ark that will preserve the history and sustainability of Greek wine.
